Main focus

Foot and ankle surgery

Your feet and ankles carry you through work, sports, and everyday life. Dr. Willis evaluates the full range of foot and ankle problems. Many can be treated without surgery, and when surgery is the right choice, he will walk you through your options.

Plantar fasciitis

Heel pain that is often worst with your first steps in the morning.

Ankle sprains & instability

Sprains that keep coming back, or an ankle that feels weak or gives way.

Achilles tendon problems

Pain, swelling, or injury to the large tendon at the back of the ankle.

Flatfoot

A fallen or collapsing arch that can cause pain along the inside of the foot and ankle.

Midfoot arthritis

Wear and tear in the joints across the top and middle of the foot.

Foot & ankle fractures

Broken bones of the foot and ankle, from simple breaks to complex injuries.

Hand & nerve procedures

Relief for numb fingers and locking fingers

Along with his foot and ankle practice, Dr. Willis treats several common hand and nerve conditions.

Carpal tunnel syndrome

Numbness, tingling, or weakness in the thumb and fingers caused by pressure on a nerve at the wrist. Treatment may include splinting, injections, or carpal tunnel release surgery.

Cubital tunnel syndrome

Numbness or tingling in the ring and small fingers from pressure on the ulnar nerve at the elbow. Treatment may include activity changes, splinting, or cubital tunnel release surgery.

Trigger finger

A finger or thumb that catches, locks, or snaps when you bend it. Treatment may include splinting, injections, or a minor release procedure.

Fracture & trauma care

Broken bones of the arms and legs

Dr. Willis covers orthopaedic hospital call in Bowling Green, so he regularly treats fractures and other injuries of both the upper and lower extremities. After the hospital, he can continue your fracture care in the clinic.

  • Wrist fractures
  • Ankle, foot, and leg fractures
  • Follow-up care for fractures treated in the emergency room
